Article Snippet: Briefly, sections were fixed in cold acetone (−20°C), blocked (5% goat serum/1% BSA in PBS with M.O.M. blocking reagent; Vector Laboratories), incubated with primary antibodies overnight at 4°C, and detected with Alexa Fluor–conjugated secondary antibodies (Thermo Fisher Scientific). .
